Self-driving surface vehiclesSome autonomous systems are becoming common place (Cars, UAV, ROV) within society. Autonomous Surface Vehicles (ASV) platforms exist but are still restricted to the military, oil, and high-end research scopes. Open source developmental platforms such as ArduCopter, Arduplane, Ardurover, and OpenROV have helped bring other autonomous platforms to everyday citizens. This project aims to create a viable open source ASV developmental platform adapted for uses ranging from research, transport, and environmental monitoring.
